Sauté/Grill Cook – Evening & Brunch

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Cook for a local restaurant!

Schedule

• Wednesday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – Close (approximately 9:00 PM)
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – approximately 3:00 PM
• Must be available to work the full schedule, including Sunday brunch.

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items using the sauté and grill stations
• Prepare eggs and other brunch items during Sunday brunch service
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking station
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or line-cook experience preferred
• Strong sauté and grill skills
• Comfortable preparing eggs and brunch dishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work the required Wednesday–Sunday schedule
