Are you bilingual and knowledgeable about construction equipment? We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Construction Equipment Sales Representative to build relationships with customers, drive sales, and help businesses find the right equipment solutions for their projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction equipment knowledge who enjoy working with customers and developing business relationships. Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has industry knowledge and a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate construction equipment solutions.
• Generate sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Follow up with leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on available equipment offerings.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• General knowledge of construction equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude

Preferred:

• Previous sales experience
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, equipment rental, or related industries

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus commission
• Annual earning potential of $60,000 - $100,000+
