Pay

Job Responsibilities

• Install residential equipment at customer locations
• Evaluate installation sites and determine the most effective setup for the customer's needs
• Perform basic plumbing connections and modifications as needed
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and make adjustments in the field
• Test equipment, inspect for proper operation, and ensure quality workmanship
• Educate customers on equipment operation and answer questions
• Maintain a clean and professional work area before, during, and after installations
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services that benefit customers

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required
• Basic plumbing knowledge and skills
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, hard-working, and motivated to learn
• Sales-minded attitude with the ability to identify upselling opportunities
