Billing Clerk

A Bail Bonds company is hiring a Billing Clerk. 

 

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm

May occasionally work different shifts due to call outs (3pm-11pm, etc.)

 

Job Duties:

• Answer questions related to bonds
• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and in person
• Post bonds
• Call past due accounts to collect payment
• Upload paperwork 
• Digital and physical filing

Ideal Candidiate:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Strong Data Entry
