Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Lot Porter to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating equipment and performing basic mechanical work. The Lot Porter plays a key role in maintaining an organized facility, supporting daily operations, and ensuring equipment and work areas remain clean, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain company lots, yards, and outdoor work areas.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform facilities maintenance and general property upkeep.
• Assist with entry-level mechanical work and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support day-to-day operational activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Previous equipment operating experience is required.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Lot Porter, Yard Associate, Equipment Operator, Facilities Maintenance Technician, Mechanic Helper, or General Laborer.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and property upkeep.
