What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces
• Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, content, and promotional campaigns to improve performance
• Monitor sales, traffic, and advertising metrics while identifying opportunities for growth
• Conduct routine storefront and listing health checks, troubleshooting issues and ensuring marketplace compliance
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on promotions, product launches, and inventory needs
• Generate performance reports and research competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital retail
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
