Property Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a dependable general laborer to perform a variety of building maintenance, repair, renovation, and facility support duties. This position is responsible for maintaining properties, completing repairs, supporting rehabilitation projects, and ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Job Duties

Perform general building maintenance and repair work
Complete plumbing, HVAC, and basic electrical maintenance tasks
Repair and install drywall as needed
Perform painting, patching, and finishing work
Install and repair flooring, tile, and related building materials
Conduct general handyman repairs and preventative maintenance
Assist with property rehabilitation and renovation projects
Perform cleaning, organizing, and property preparation tasks
Load, unload, move, and transport materials, equipment, and furniture
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
Assist with additional maintenance and facility support duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance, property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or related trades preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, painting, and tiling practices
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to safely perform maintenance, repair, and moving tasks
