We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Crew Member who is looking for more than just a job. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop their skills, take on additional responsibilities, and work toward leading their own crew in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction and site work safely and efficiently
• Operate hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition
• Assist with managing daily job site activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Learn leadership and project management skills with the goal of leading your own crew

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required)
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Desire to advance into a crew leadership position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential or commercial construction
• Experience driving company vehicles, trailers, or equipment
• Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
• Leadership experience in construction, military, athletics, or other team environments
