Electrical Assembly

Located in Russellville, AR

Salary: $16.63+ DOE

We are seeking an Electrical Assembly team member for a manufacturing environment. This position will assist with the assembly, wiring, and installation of electrical components used in equipment and production systems.

Job Duties:

• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and related equipment
• Wire electrical panels, components, switches, and other assemblies according to specifications
• Read and follow electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and connect wiring
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper installation and quality
• Troubleshoot basic wiring or assembly issues as needed
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Assist with additional assembly and production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous electrical assembly, electrical wiring, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
• Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work overtime as production needs require

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday, typically 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Overtime may be available or required on Fridays and Saturdays
• Starting at $16.63/hour, with higher pay available depending on experience
