Aerospace Tool Maker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tool Maker to build, repair, and maintain precision tooling, dies, and fixtures used in aerospace manufacturing. This role works closely with production teams to ensure tooling performs safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a Tool Maker or Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set up and operate a variety of tool room equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and perform extended periods of standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and other physical activities.

Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
• Set up and operate tool room machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to minimize production downtime.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and address tooling needs.
• Inspect completed tooling to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper functionality.
• Support special projects, peak workloads, and extended-hour requirements as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient tool room environment
