Salary: $16 an hour

We are seeking an experienced Loader for a fast-paced industrial environment. This position works primarily outdoors and is responsible for loading finished products for shipment. Because loading is the final step before product leaves the plant, hours may vary based on production and shipping needs.

Job Duties:

• Operate a forklift to safely move, stage, and load finished products
• Load trucks and prepare products for shipment
• Organize and stage materials in designated loading areas
• Verify products are properly positioned and secured for transportation
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to keep loads moving efficiently
• Perform general material handling and loading duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Previous loading, shipping, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours as production requires

Schedule & Pay:

• $16.00/hour
• Typically Monday–Friday, day shift hours
• Hours may vary based on production and shipping needs
• Overtime may be required
