Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM

Transportation Coordinator Opportunity

We are hiring a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support transportation and logistics operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and coordinating shipments while working closely with internal teams and transportation partners.

Must-Haves

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
• Comfortable working with email, transportation systems, and multiple teams

Key Responsibilities

• Track the pickup and delivery of loads across multiple locations
• Update transportation systems and communicate shipment status to internal teams
• Respond to emails regarding loading, delivery, and transportation details
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping teams, sales teams, and customer service departments
• Assist with load scheduling and transportation logistics
• Support daily transportation and logistics operations
• Learn and utilize company transportation platforms and systems
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Proficiency with email and computer systems
• Excel experience is helpful but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills

Preferred Experience

• Transportation, logistics, or dispatch experience
• Administrative or operations support experience
• Customer service experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Manufacturing or supply chain experience

Physical Requirements

• Remote opportunity after training period
