Hiring: F/T Dispatcher in Marietta

**Three years Dispatching Experience in Construction, Concrete, HVAC, Electrical, or other Service Industry Required

Pay: $65,000 - $72,000.00 per year

Hours: On Site at our office from 7 AM to 5 PM (M,T, W, F) and 7 AM to 12 PM (TH). Important emphasis placed on being on call for assigned weekends and weeknights.

• First and foremost: Answer phones,
• Assist customers with pricing, dispatch times and scheduling, provide customers' information about products or services, take orders over the phone using dispatching program designed for the industry;
• Check dispatch daily, Use GPS tracking program to locate operators / trucks, Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
• Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
• Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
• Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
• Dispatch and communicate with crew,
• Maintain/file DOT books, copy/file repair tickets and assist Mechanic with phone order as needed;
• Assist with Clerical Duties as need for other projects;

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Must have 1-2 years of dispatch experience Microsoft Office (work-excel) experience
