Salary: 16.00 Per Hr.

A steel banding manufacturing company is seeking dependable Machine Operators / General Laborers to join its production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work safely, stay productive, and help keep orders moving on time.

Current Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Mandatory 12-hour shifts
• Some Saturdays required

Regular Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in steel banding production.
• Prepare steel materials for shipment.
• Load and unload steel parts safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work with team members to meet production and order-fulfillment deadlines.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work the required schedule, including mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to safety are essential.
