What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities, and recording materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Prepare outbound shipments by selecting, packing, labeling, and staging products for delivery or transfer.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized inventory through stocking, order picking, and inventory management activities.
• Utilize MRP systems, including AS400, and warehouse distribution software to update shipment and inventory records.
• Assist with order fulfillment, ensuring customer and internal orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform routine warehouse inspections and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
• Follow all company safety procedures and report concerns immediately.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, stocking, order picking, or packing is a huge plus.
• Ability, or willingness to learn, to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Strong basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities.
• Knowledge of packaging techniques to protect products during transit.
• Experience with order fulfillment in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
