Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative with experience in auto parts. The ideal candidate will assist customers in person and over the phone, help identify the correct parts, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Identify and locate requested auto parts
• Provide accurate information about parts availability and pricing
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
• Work closely with yard staff to fulfill customer needs

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience with auto parts (retail or yard) is highly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge

Schedules are interchangeable; you must be available to work weekends.
