Welder

Located in Russellville, AR

Salary: $19+ DOE

We are seeking experienced Welders for various opportunities and shifts. Candidates may have experience with one or multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, Stick, SMAW, SAW, or other welding methods. Candidates must be able to successfully complete a weld test prior to placement.

Job Duties:

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, SMAW, SAW, and/or other welding processes based on position requirements
• Weld, fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions
• Prepare materials and surfaces for welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration
• Use grinders, cutting tools, measuring equipment, and other fabrication tools
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work area
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
• Complete additional fabrication or production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Experience with one or more welding processes such as MIG, TIG, Stick/SMAW, or SAW
• Must be able to pass a weld test based on position requirements
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols preferred
• Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and basic fabrication techniques
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
