Position: Carpenter / General Construction Worker
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our growing construction team. This position involves a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including framing, siding installation, general carpentry, and construction labor. We are open to candidates with different levels of experience and are willing to provide additional training for the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial framing projects.
- Install siding and exterior building materials.
- Complete general carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Assist with construction site setup, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read and use tape measures accurately.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, carpentry, framing, siding, or general labor preferred.
- Ability to safely operate power tools, saws, drills, and other construction equipment.
- Proficient in using a tape measure and basic construction tools.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to learn and accept training when needed.
