Groundskeeper - Temporary

Location: Clarkston, WA & Lewiston, ID
Pay: $20.00/HR
Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Groundskeeper Opportunity

We are hiring dependable Groundkeepers to assist with outdoor property cleanup and grounds maintenance projects. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and helping maintain clean and attractive properties.

Must-Haves

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Key Responsibilities

Hand-pull weeds from landscape and property areas
Gather and pile weeds, vegetation, and debris
Maintain clean and organized outdoor spaces
Follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Assist with general groundskeeping and property maintenance duties

Qualifications & Skills

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
Positive attitude and attention to detail

Groundskeeping experience
Landscaping experience
General labor experience
Outdoor work experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
