We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Eagan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and building relationships over the phone. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow within the company, with potential career advancement opportunities into an Assistant General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide exceptional service
• Prepare and generate customer quotes
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and updates
• Conduct outbound cold calls to previous and prospective customers
• Assist with light warehouse duties as needed, including pulling small parts for customer orders (no heavy lifting required)
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and making outbound phone calls
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Willingness to learn new products, processes, and responsibilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
