Mover - Temporary

Location: Potlatch, ID
Pay: $19.00/HR
Schedule: September 25-27, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Mover Opportunity

We are hiring dependable Movers to assist with relocating a local manufacturing shop to a new facility. This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, can safely handle heavy lifting, and take pride in working efficiently as part of a team.

Must-Haves

Ability to perform heavy lifting
Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
Safety-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move equipment, tools, and materials
Assist with disassembly, packing, and setup of machinery
Safely transport items throughout the facility
Use dollies and other moving equipment to relocate large items
Organize materials during the relocation process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow directions and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications & Skills

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work safely around equipment and machinery
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
Team-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

Heavy lifting and general labor experience
Moving or relocation experience
Warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience
Experience working around machinery or industrial equipment preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Comfortable using dollies and other moving equipment
