Salary: $36.00 to $43.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an experienced Accountant for a premier distributor of architectural fixtures. This is a permanent, full-time, evaluation hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $36.00 to $43.00/hour.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and complete month-end close activities
• Review account reconciliations and investigate balance sheet variances
• Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting schedules
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
• Improve accounting procedures and assist with ERP system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least three years of accounting experience required
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
