Express Employment Professionals in Edina is supporting an industry leader for over 80 years in there search for a Paint Technician Lead. This role will support a Value Stream Manager in day-to-day activities, special projects and troubleshooting of minor equipment issues. This hands-on leadership role helps ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement throughout the paint process.

 

What's an average day like as a Paint Technician Lead?

• • Lead and support daily paint line operations and workflow
  • Train and cross-train employees on paint processes, equipment, and best practices.
  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain paint equipment and systems.
  • Monitor paint quality, testing, chemical systems, masking, hanging, and coating applications.
  • Assist with production scheduling, prioritization, and process improvements.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment and support regulatory compliance. 
  • Collaborate with production teams and management to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.

• Monday - Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
