Position: Part-Time Housekeeper / Groundskeeper
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Housekeeper/Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities
• Clean, stock, and supply restrooms
• Mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize shower areas
• Perform light housekeeping duties throughout the property
• Assist with event cleanup and room setup/breakdown
• Wash, fold, and organize linens
• Change light bulbs and perform minor facility upkeep tasks
• Clean and maintain multiple rooms and areas throughout the day
• Operate a golf cart to travel throughout the property and inspect areas as needed
• Assist with general groundskeeping and property appearance

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively with a team or independently
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and cleaning for extended periods
• Comfortable operating a golf cart

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
