Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

A logistics operation in Davie is hiring a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced morning dispatch environment, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What You'll Do:

• Tag and process returned products each morning as drivers offload
• Assist management during morning dispatch, including taking and reviewing dispatch photos to verify drivers are properly dispatched
• Monitor driver progress throughout the day to ensure routes meet scheduled delivery windows
• Communicate with drivers, on-site customers, and management on service updates, delays, or issues
• Print return paperwork and provide general dispatch and logistics support as needed

What You Need:

• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
