QC Assistant

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: South Fort Worth, TX
Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire

An equipment rental company in South Fort Worth is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented QC Assistant to join its first-shift warehouse team. This position is responsible for inspecting refrigeration rental equipment, correcting exterior defects, testing temperatures, and ensuring units meet quality standards before use.

QC Assistant Responsibilities

Inspect refrigeration rental equipment for exterior defects or damage
Complete minor exterior repairs and cosmetic corrections
Plug in refrigerators and verify they reach the correct temperature
Document inspection results and equipment conditions
Use a computer or handheld scanner to track equipment
Maintain an organized quality control and warehouse area
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

QC Assistant Qualifications

At least 1 year of quality control, quality inspection, or warehouse inspection experience
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Basic computer or handheld scanner experience
Ability to identify defects and follow quality standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
