Express Employment Professionals of Edina is supporting an industry leader in retail services in there search for an Invoicing Coordinator.  This is a contract to hire opportunity with a company that's been growing over the last 20 years! The Invoicing Coordinator's key responsibility is accurately entering invoice date from utility invoices into a proprietary software system.

 

What's an average day like as an Invoicing Coordinator?

• Processing invoices for customers
• Identify invoices with potential issues and escalate as needed
• Verify accuracy of client utility invoices
• Hit team metrics for quality and productivity
• Assisting the Business Administration Manager with new customers

What we look for in an Invoicing Coordinator.

• 1-3 years of accounts payable or billing experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED 
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of computer-based software like MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
