Position: Forklift Driver

Job Summary:
Responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move plants, pallets, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and products.

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and deliveries.

• Move materials to designated storage and production areas.

• Inspect the forklift before each shift and report maintenance issues.

• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Work with warehouse, production, and farm teams to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Expected Results

• Materials are moved safely, accurately, and on time.

• Minimal damage to products, equipment, and facility property.

• Forklift is operated and maintained according to safety requirements.

• Production and warehouse operations remain organized and efficient.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of forklift/material-handling experience preferred.

• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or agricultural environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
