A casino is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to assist with daily payroll operations and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience and be comfortable working with confidential employee information and payroll systems.

Responsibilities
Process and maintain employee payroll information
Review timesheets and payroll records for accuracy
Enter and update payroll data
Assist with payroll adjustments and corrections
Process deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related items
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
Respond to employee payroll questions and concerns
Assist with payroll reports and reconciliations
Support the Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor with daily payroll activities
Follow company policies and applicable payroll regulations

 

Qualifications
Previous payroll experience required
Experience with payroll software preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and deductions
Good computer and data-entry skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Casino, gaming, hospitality, or high-volume payroll experience is a plus
