A casino is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to support and oversee daily payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the technical knowledge necessary to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily payroll processing activities
Review payroll for accuracy and completeness
Assist with payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and adjustments
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Maintain accurate employee payroll records
Ensure payroll procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations
Assist with payroll reporting and audits
Work closely with Human Resources and Accounting
Provide support and guidance to payroll staff
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Assist the Payroll Manager with special projects and process improvements

 

Qualifications
Extensive payroll experience required
Previous supervisory or lead payroll experience preferred
Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
Experience using payroll software and computer systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Casino, gaming, or hospitality payroll experience is a plus

Candidates should have demonstrated experience handling payroll operations and the technical knowledge required for a supervisory-level position.
