Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for Data Entry Specialists!

 

Position Summary: Our client is seeking accurate, dependable, and flexible Data Entry Specialists to join their team. This is a temporary position expected to run through the end of November. The position will support various projects and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a flexible schedule and changing weekly hours based on project needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data and information into company systems.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
• Follow established procedures and instructions for each project.
• Organize and maintain data and records as needed.
• Assist with additional administrative and data entry duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule based on project needs.
• Ability to stay focused and maintain accuracy during repetitive data entry tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

 

Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 15 to 45+ hours per week depending on project needs
• During a full 40-hour workweek, the schedule will be 7:30am - 4:30pm
• During slower weeks, the start time will be 9am or 10am

 

Assignment Length:

• Temporary position expected to run through the end of November

 

Start Date:

• October 5th

 

Pay:

• $25/hour
