Express Employment Professionals of Edina is supporting an industry leader in retail services in there search for a Resource Coordinator.  This is a contract to hire opportunity with a company that's been growing over the last 20 years! The Resource Coordinator communicates with and schedules qualified internal customers for onsite events based on event-specific criteria. 

 

What's an average day like as a Resource Coordinator?

• Contact and schedule field techs for events
• Manage and negotiate labor rate per event
• Negotiated additional costs including misc materials by field techs, travel and lodging
• Escalate regarding scheduling conflicts including cancellations, reschedules, etc.
• Develop and train new field technicians

What we look for in a Resource Coordinator.

• 2-3 years of technical customer support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
