Are you a compassionate professional with strong communication skills? Express Employment Professionals is seeking Call Center Agents to provide after-hours support for individuals seeking mental health and substance use services.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and provide support and information to callers
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and coordinate referrals
• Respond appropriately to crisis and emergency situations
• Coordinate with community resources and emergency services when needed
• Document calls, screenings, and referrals accurately
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and compliance requirements
• Participate in training and quality assurance activities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
