Express Employment Professionals of Edina is supporting an industry leader in retail services in there search for a Service Desk Coordinator.  This is a contract to hire opportunity with a company that's been growing over the last 20 years! The Service Desk Coordinator supports incident response and service requests through intake, execution, and closing work orders.

 

What's an average day like as a Service Desk Coordinator?

• Receive and acknowledge service requests from clients
• Ensure all service requests are accurately created, documented, and maintained in a software system
• Schedule service requests in alignment with client expectations and agreed service levels
• Publish work orders to required systems with complete and accurate documentation
• Assign technicians and support resources to Service Desk work orders
• Coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 support activities
• Purchase client-approved materials required to fulfill service requests
• Monitor and coordinate delivery of equipment and material

What we look for in a Service Desk Coordinator.

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Attention to detail

Schedule:

• Full-time between the hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and shifts vary
