Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer / Helper for a 6-week project in Baton Rouge, LA (70806). This position will assist with basic facility repair and construction tasks. Candidates must have prior construction experience, proficiency with standard hand and power tools (including screw guns), and a focus on job-site safety.

Position Type: Temporary (6-Week Project)
Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (70806)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic construction, building repairs, and facility maintenance tasks.
Safely operate basic power tools, including screw guns and drill drivers.
Utilize standard hand tools to assemble, disassemble, or secure materials as needed.
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools across the work area.
Follow site protocols and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements on-site.
Qualifications
Prior working experience in construction or general trades is required.
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with screw guns and common power/hand tools.
Ability to perform physical labor, stand for long periods, and lift construction materials.
Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and ability to follow direction from project leads.
