Production / Fabrication Job Responsibilities

As a Production / Fabrication Worker, you will help manufacture and assemble offroad products and components while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform hands-on production, fabrication, and assembly duties
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assemble and fabricate offroad products and components
• Follow work instructions, drawings, blueprints, and production specifications
• Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Support a positive, productive, and team-oriented manufacturing environment

Production / Fabrication Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing and fabrication environment
