Salary: $30 - $35/hr

We are seeking an Experienced CNC Operator/Programmer that sets up, and operates CNC machines to produce precision parts, requiring technical skills, hands-on experience, and knowledge of machine controls and CAD/CAM software.

Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr (+based on experience)

The right candidate will be responsible for both programming and operating CNC machines such as VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers), lathes, and multi-axis machining centers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Programming CNC machines using G-code or CAM software like Solid CAM, creating programs for 3/4/5-axis machining
• Machine setup and operation, including loading raw materials, installing tools, and verifying machine settings
• Quality control by measuring finished parts with precision instruments to ensure conformance to specifications
• Troubleshooting program errors, machine alarms, and optimizing cycle times without compromising accuracy
• Documentation and SOPs creation to standardize setups, tooling, and offsets for consistent production
• Maintenance of machines to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime
