Hours: M-F 8a-5p

Job Description/Duties
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Purchasing and will contribute as a member within the Store Services team, which includes experts in areas like Purchasing, Pricing,
Product Data Management, and Store Support.

 

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing Inventory Processes:
  ? Overseeing returned material and coordinating with branch warehouse contacts,
  as well as vendors/suppliers, as needed.
• System Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
  ? Regularly reviewing system queues & reports to address operational needs.
• Branch Support:
  ? Assisting Sales & warehouse operators at our expanding branch locations with requests via email and phone, such as:
  ¦ Adding/updating parts in the system.
  ¦ Creating returns and updating Sales/Transfer/Purchase Orders.

Skills/Qualifications

• MUST have experience in MS Excel and have previous inventory management experience. 
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Background in customer service
• Eagerness to learn
