Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Mobile Auto Mechanic for a growing mobile automotive repair company servicing customers throughout the Phoenix Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who can confidently diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles while working independently in the field.

Pay

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
• Potential for increased hours based on performance, attendance, and skill level
• Gas reimbursement and/or insurance assistance available

Schedule

• Start Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week
• Opportunity to grow into 35-50 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate

Location

• Based out of Mesa, AZ
• Mobile service position covering the entire Phoenix Metro Area
• Significant driving required throughout the Valley

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles at customer locations
• Perform maintenance and repairs on components including:
  • Alternators
  • Water pumps
  • Belts and pulleys
  • Starters
  • Electrical systems
  • General automotive repairs
• Troubleshoot vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and service needs
• Maintain a clean, organized mobile work environment
• Safely operate company equipment and vehicles when applicable

Qualifications

• Prior automotive mechanic experience required
• Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues with minimal supervision
• Experience working on gas-powered vehicles
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must provide own basic mechanic tools
• Strong work ethic, attendance, and reliability
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Automotive schooling, certifications, or vocational training are a plus
• Diesel mechanic experience is a plus but not required
