Set-up/Mold Clean Technician
A Shelbyville company is hiring a set-up/mold technician to their growing team.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm
- Some overtime required.

Job Duties & Requirements:
- Technician will perform equipment changeovers and confirm molding conditions.
- Identify abnormal defects and follow reaction plan.
- Perform tool cleaning as required.
- Troubleshoot press set-ups.
- Confirm 1st cycle quality checks, new set-up quality checks, and accept responsibility to produce best quality possible.
- Must have mechanical ability, knowledge, and trouble shooting skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
