1st and 3rd Shift Line Lead
Located in Columbus, IN
Salary: Up to $22/hr

Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm , OT on Friday
- Sunday-Wednesday 8:30pm-7am, OT on Thursday
Job Duties:

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production lines run efficiently, safely, and meet established productivity and quality goals.

Monitor line performance and proactively address issues that may impact output, quality, or workflow.

Set up production lines and verify equipment readiness prior to the start of production.

Assign workstations and responsibilities to team members at the beginning of each shift.

Direct, coach, train, and support Production Associates to promote productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 6 months of lead experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
- Able to be on feet for 8+ hours, bending, twisting, stooping
- Able to lift 20+ lbs
- Beard net or hair net required
