Pay: $16.00/hour to start; substantial pay increase upon advancement to Delivery Driver
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for a full-time, Monday–Friday position. This role is designed for someone who wants to start in the warehouse, learn the company’s products and operations, and eventually advance into a Delivery Driver position with a substantial increase in pay.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, comfortable with physical warehouse work, and interested in growing into a long-term driving position.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming materials and products
• Pull and prepare orders for customer deliveries
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Assist delivery drivers with loading and route preparation
• Learn company products, customers, and delivery procedures
• Follow all warehouse and workplace safety procedures
• Take on additional responsibilities as training progresses

Advancement Opportunity

This position is intended to develop into a Delivery Driver role for the right employee. Once fully trained and ready to transition into driving responsibilities, the employee will receive a substantial pay increase.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials throughout the workday
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Interested in advancement into a delivery driving position
• Ability to learn products, procedures, and delivery routes

Schedule & Pay

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Advancement: Delivery Driver opportunity with significant increase in compensation
