Inventory Control / Purchasing Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is recruiting for an Inventory Control / Purchasing Coordinator with a local manufacturing company.

This role is responsible for keeping production supplied without creating unnecessary overstock. The right person will manage purchasing, incoming materials and inventory levels while staying ahead of production deadlines.

 

Pay: $20-$30/hr doe
Schedule: Full-time 7:30a - 4:00p with some variance/flexibility
Location: South Denver Metro – exact location to confirm
Position Type: Evaluation Hire / long-term opportunity

Job Highlights:

• Manage inbound materials and supply flow
• Place and track purchase orders
• Order PPE, raw materials, components, replacement parts and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock
• Coordinate incoming materials with production schedules
• Communicate with vendors and internal production teams
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
• Help improve inventory and supply-chain processes

What We Look For:

• Inventory control, purchasing or procurement experience
• Manufacturing or production-environment experience preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with purchase orders and inventory systems
• Excel and general computer proficiency
• Proactive approach to identifying shortages and supply issues
• Strong attention to detail
