MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLY

Location: Tempe/Chandler area near Chandler Blvd & 56th Street
Pay: $18.00/hr to start
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

 

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a hands-on assembly position. This role involves working with very small components, so good hand-eye coordination, patience, and attention to detail are important.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small components according to detailed instructions
• Work with small parts and precision materials
• Use basic hand tools and small assembly tools
• Perform repetitive hand assembly with accuracy
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production expectations while maintaining quality

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with small objects and components
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow detailed written instructions
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
