About the Role

What You Will Do

• Machine Operation: Setup and operate rewind machinery to convert large label rolls into smaller finished quantities per customer orders.

• Material Handling: Move materials and staged pallets across the shop floor using a manual pallet jack.

• Packing & Stacking: Carefully stack finished label rolls, package orders, and wrap pallets securely for dispatch.

• Quality Inspection: Monitor machine output for defects, print quality, and accurate roll counts.

• Workstation Safety: Keep equipment clean, maintain an organized work area, and follow all facility safety protocols.

What You Need

• Experience: Prior machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.

• Equipment & PPE: Experience operating a manual pallet jack. Steel-toed boots are required.

• Work History: Strong track record of job stability and consistent performance in past roles.

• Reliability: Exceptional attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63146.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
