Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing firm dedicated to helping local businesses find great local talent. One of our valued clients in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a motivated and professional Outbound Phone Caller to join their team.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

 

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and professional individual to contact prospective business clients, introduce marketing services, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is an outbound calling and appointment-setting role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently follow an established sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and follow up on leads.
• Use approved scripts and talking points while maintaining a natural, conversational approach.
• Identify business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Introduce company services and explain complimentary marketing analyses.
• Ask discovery questions to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales and management team.
• Confirm contact information and appointment details.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Complete follow-up activities in a timely manner.
• Communicate high-priority leads, concerns, and unique situations to management.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Represent the company professionally on every call.

 

Performance Expectations:

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate a professional phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Complete accurate CRM documentation after each interaction.
• Meet reasonable activity and call goals established by management.
• Focus on appointment quality and qualified opportunities.
• Follow company compliance requirements and respect prospect opt-out requests.
• Accept coaching and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow established processes.
• Sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain professional when handling objections or declined offers.
