Location: Woodburn, OR
PAY: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary, approximately 12–15 weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Leasing Agent to provide temporary coverage for an employee on maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.

Training will be provided! Previous leasing experience is not required.

Job Duties

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Create a welcoming and personable experience for visitors
• Complete basic typing and computer tasks
• Read and write professionally
• Provide information about available units and community amenities
• Assist with general leasing office duties

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and personable
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Reliable and dependable
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Must be willing to drive to Independence, OR when needed

Schedule & Assignment

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately 12–15 weeks
• One required Saturday shift each week
• Temporary position covering maternity leave
