Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Mixing Specialist for a production company in Marysville, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on production work and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company. This is a full-time, permanent role with a brief probationary period through Express.
In this role, you'll prepare product blends according to specifications, operate mixing equipment, manage material flow throughout the facility, and help maintain efficient production operations while following quality and safety standards.
- Location: Marysville, WA
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Pay: $22.75 per hour
- Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Responsibilities
- Read and follow mix sheets to produce products according to specifications
- Operate mixing equipment and load raw materials into production systems
- Move, stage, and replenish materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate production records
- Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance and safety checks
- Support facility cleanliness, housekeeping, and general maintenance activities
- Follow quality, safety, and production procedures to meet operational goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and mix sheets
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Process begins with interviewing with Express, then an on-site interview at the client location to see the work in action. Onboarding is through Express until the probationary period is complete. Successful candidates will be required to submit to pre-employment screenings in accordance with company requirements.
