Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a production company in Marysville, WA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced equipment operator seeking a long-term, permanent position with a stable schedule and a four-day workweek. This is a fulltime, permanent role with a brief probationary period through Express. 

In this role, you'll operate heavy equipment to prepare and manage outdoor material stockpiles, support production operations, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Location: Marysville, WA
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Pay: $26.50 per hour
• Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Responsibilities

• Prepare product loads using heavy equipment loaders
• Move, relocate, and manage stockpiles to ensure proper segregation of materials
• Supply production operations with a continuous flow of material
• Monitor stockpiles for excessive heat and turn materials as needed
• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, trucks, dozers, graders, compactors, snowblowers, and other machinery
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Clean, maintain, and secure equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment required
• Experience operating front-end loaders strongly preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks associated with equipment operation

Process begins with interviewing with Express, then an on-site interview at the client location to see the work in action. Onboarding is through Express until probationary period is complete. Successful candidates will be required to submit to pre-employment screenings in accordance with company requirements.
