Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Sorter Operator for a weekend day shift at a manufacturing facility in Ola, AR. This position will operate and monitor sorting equipment used to inspect and separate manufactured components according to established quality standards.

Job Duties Include:

• Operate and monitor sorting equipment during production.
• Load manufactured components into sorting machinery.
• Monitor the sorting process to ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Inspect parts and identify defects or products that do not meet specifications.
• Separate acceptable and nonconforming parts as required.
• Make basic machine adjustments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Dependable attendance is required.
• Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM.
• Must be able to pass all prescreenings.
